No. Bookings are handled directly by the artist. There is no agency and no middleman, so the person answering your enquiry is the person who will be playing.
The date, the city, the venue or festival, the expected capacity, the set length you have in mind, and a budget indication. That is enough for a real answer rather than a follow-up question.
